It all started when…
NEXT WITH DAVE began as a Youtube channel in 2016 when Dave began cooking on his first Blackstone griddle. Located at the time on the Space Coast of Florida he wanted to share his cooking style, techniques, tips and tricks with others. And so began the journey of discovery and demonstration.
Since then, he has presented videos about using a wide variety of cooking tools, methods and recipes.
Dave continues to. seek out and demonstrate new and trending tools and techiniques as well as tried and true methods and equipment.
In order to present more detailed descriptions than generally found in Youtube cooking videos, Dave also presents a blog to further explore and explain his cooking adventures and other topics of interest.
