I'm Lorna Charles and you've just joined in to my fitness channel.

I grew up with the passion of the world fitness at a very early age of 7 years old. Flipping through exercising books and watching tv on regular basis of people that exercises gave me the willing of doing the same thing one day.
And here I am! Doing what I've always dreamt of. A career as a personal trainer and a group class instructor.
It wasn't easy but one thing I've learned from a pastor recently is that you should apply passion into the talent that you have and get the knowledge you'll need in order to succeed. Cause talent without practice, without research nor studying won't grow.
