Welcome to Team Elite Fit for Free At Home Workouts + HIIT Training! I'm a former college pole vaulter & gymnast (go Wisconsin) helping you get into the best shape of your life (yes...it's possible at any age)! I am a mom of 4 little ones ages 4, 6, 8, and 10. My husband (& business partner) is a retired strength and conditioning coach & personal trainer. Fun fact = we met pole vaulting together in college.
Elite Fit with Andrea Jean is dedicated to free at home workouts, HIIT workouts, and full length workout videos, pilates & barre routines. You can do these workouts from home with no equipment or jumping. I have lots of low-impact options for all fitness levels too.
