My So-Called Midlife Crisis
Hi, I’m Lito. Here I am...40-something, feeling like I’ve hit this wall...this weird, suffocating wall where I’m in the worst shape of my life.
My body? Not working with me. My mind? A whole other story. And yeah, I’m calling it: mid-life crisis.
So, while I’m trying to piece together who I am (again) and what this life thing is even about, I’m also trying to, I don’t know, “fix” myself. Get healthy. Get fit. Get “something” back.
It’s messy. It’s confusing. But you can come along for the ride—because I’m figuring it out, one day at a time. One misstep at a time.
