We feature some of Tahiti and Hawaii's BEST Dancers to share these two Wonderful Cultures to the world. Our goal is to inspire those who do not see these cultures displayed regularly. Workshops and Retreats are planned with many of these dancers featured in our videos.
Polynesian style fitness class that adds sass and swag into your daily step by swaying your hips with this island style dance fitness program! Fun cardio music gets you moving, and then island music slows the pace for additional toning work. This class is low impact and for all levels!
