Former Aircraft Maintenance Technician (Aircraft Maintenance Tech) in the United States Air Force
November 1980 - March 1989
* Served nearly 10 years in the USAF, including an assignment on the F-111 at Upper Heyford (UK) as a Flight Control/Landing Gear Specialist with a deployment in Germany.
* Completed a 15-month Stateside assignment in Columbus, Mississippi, maintaining T-37 and T-38 aircraft.
* Spent four years in Misawa, Japan, serving as both a Maintenance Instructor and F-16 Crew Chief, with deployments to Clark AFB (Philippines) and Okinawa.
* Honorably discharged from the Air Force in March 1989 at the Rank of E-5 at Hill AFB Utah
