Hey, I'm Luminița (Romanian for - Little Light💡) and this walking dance workout channel is for awesome ladies who want to be ACTIVE while HAVING FUN and are ready to finally become CONSISTENT!
To me, as a former dancer, fitness is one of the purest forms of self-care and SELF-LOVE so, in my walking dance workout videos, I put a lot of emphasis on 3 main components:
- fun 💃🏼 (if you don't enjoy the workout, you will never be consistent with it);
- cardio 🔥 (to have a healthy heart and get the fat-burning effects);
- strength 💪 (for a toned and fit body).
