We don't all enjoy hitting the gym or pounding the streets to keep fit and healthy. Alternatively, VR gaming is an awesome way to promote coordination, flexibility and supplement a fitness regime and losing some pounds while having fun, and I'm doing it 30 minutes at a time! If I can so can you!
Videos are posted regularly demonstrating a good workout from different VR titles to gauge their fitness credentials using the Polar H10 heart rate tracker and Beats app. Read descriptions for details of each game and our mini reviews for gameplay and fitness ratings.
OUR MISSION:
The goal of this channel is building a library of videos as a guide for showcasing the activity levels of different VR titles. Both in the physical movements involved and typical energy expenditure in 30 minutes.
