Red Dust Role Models
Red Dust's mission is working together to enrich lives, improve health and strengthen the future of Indigenous youth and families.
Our vision is for an Australia that embraces a shared cultural identity - one that celebrates diversity, is connected to our rich ancient history and empowers our people and communities to strive for their own version of success.
For over twenty-five years we have walked alongside community leaders and Elders to create a stronger future for youth and their families. We draw on the strengths of both western health knowledge and traditional cultural knowledges that influence young people in community. Our positive role models combined with engaging, high-impact programs help build resilience in young people and inspire them to identify and pursue their dreams. We also work together with Australians more broadly to build cross-cultural competency through tailored training and immersion experiences.
