Some facts about our channel:
Before we started this channel, my husband was a chef in a Vegan shop here in Japan. He and his friend opened the shop before the pandemic started. I was helping them out from time to time due to lack of manpower .Because of the lockdowns Unfortunately, they decided to close down.
That's where we thought of continuing making vegan recipes through creating this channel.
The name was originally "VEGANIZED JAPAN" means to veganize some of the Japanese recipes. But the funny thing is, my husband couldn't pronounce the word "VEGANIZED" and instead he keeps on saying "VEGANICE" that's why I decided to keep it that way. 😊🫶✨
