Kelley received her Bachelors Degree in special education and elementary education, and a master's degree in special education. She taught special education for 9 years. Kelley received her graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis and works as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Anna received her Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies with a minor in Psychology, and a master of Arts in Teaching. She taught for over a decade in elementary classrooms, with an emphasis on reading, writing, and curriculum design. Anna is a children’s book author and lecturer.
