自分で作れる野菜は自分で最高の状態に育ててそれを使って料理をして至高至極の味を目指しています。休日は昼を過ぎるとお酒を飲みながら料理の研究をするのが最高の楽しみです。美味いものを食べたい食べさせたい、それが生き甲斐です。動画作成や撮影については素人なので少しづつ勉強しながらやっていますので、至らない部分が多いです。どうか大きな目でみてやってください。研究に終わりはありません。
