Neil Rubino
Neil Rubino grew up in Bergen County, New Jersey, U.S.A. He graduated college with a degree in communications from the University of Washington in Seattle.
He currently lives in Bethesda, Maryland, shooting, developing and editing still photo and video projects for various business and non-profit organizations.
