Hey everyone! I'm Jess, and I am on a journey to plan for better days while living with lupus. My videos are all about bullet journaling and planning while you have a chronic illness and my hope is that I can give you some tips on coping, positivity, mindfulness, and cutting yourself some SLACK!
I like to keep my journal pretty straight-forward because I find that serves me best. I do A LOT of tracking -- I track symptoms, treatments, habits, and self care. I find this is super important to keep me feeling the very best I can! I also try to put a ton of positivity and mindfulness into my day-to-day journaling and I honestly believe that practicing gratitude and learning positive coping skills has changed my attitude about my illness and my limitations.
But don't get me wrong - having a chronic illness does suck. Still, might as well learn to live with it and get back to our day. :) I hope you'll follow along, and subscribe to my newsletter for free goodies!
