Hello! My name is Pat, I am over 60 and I live with a degenerative chronic illness…but that does NOT define me!
I have a severe spinal stenosis and it’s terrible! I am in pain all the time, but I believe in positivity and my channel is here to inspire (hopefully) others on how I cope with my life-changing situation and share on how to improve your quality of life (whether you are able-bodied or disabled like me LOL). I love to do new things and to use my mobility, even though it hurts.
