Tea master Jason Chen started CC Fine Tea in 1997 with the goal of bringing value to people’s lives through tea. CC Fine Tea has built a reputation for its high-quality teas in the tea community. The company has won numerous awards for its teas over the years including gold medals in China, Taiwan, and Japan for Bai Hao Oolong, Dong Ding and A Li Shan, among others. In 2002, the Automatic Tea Brewer, patented in 2001, also won design awards in both Taiwan and the NYC Fancy Food Show.
Jason Chen has also worked to share his passion and knowledge about tea. He first published “A Tea Lovers Travel Diary” in 2010 detailing the production of two famous Oolong Teas along with incredible photography. In 2012, he published “4 World-Famous Chinese Green Teas.”
