Manifattura Tubi Gomma S.p.A.

Manifattura Tubi Gomma S.p.A. manufactures hoses on rigid mandrels. Established in 1979, it creates high-tech products for the pharma, food and chemical industries, but also supplies a variety of other products. However, the strength of MTG lies in non-standard products, and it is renowned for its flexibility in designing and developing innovative technical solutions.

All aspects, from raw materials to packaged products, are carried out internally. Therefore, MTG ensures full traceability of the production process. Part of the facilities is occupied by its cleanroom, to ensure the purity of pharma products. Other important assets of MTG are its laboratory, which tests and manages the certification of compounds and finished products, and the fitting center, where fittings are applied (hydrostatic tests according to EN1402).

Manifattura Tubi Gomma is TÜV Rheinland certified for health and safety management (OHSAS 45001), quality (ISO 9001), and environmental management (ISO 14001).
