After dealing with pain and health issues in my 30s and 40s, I took a deep dive into biomechanics and the physics of movement to fix my own issues and rebuild from the ground up. Now I break that science down into practical, everyday routines that actually help you move and feel better.

I also have a background in aquatic safety and CPR (Bronze Star certification), so you know you're getting smart, safe training, not hype.
