Lehi Legacy Gymnastics-A Thesis Project

This channel is in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Honors Baccalaureate of Science in Business Management for Utah Valley University.

This project comprises a training resource to help teach different skills for recreational levels of gymnastics. This resource has two forms: a set of online videos and an illustrated printed manual of developmental skills. The videos were filmed at Legacy Gymnastics in Lehi, Utah from June-August 2016. The gymnasts featured range from levels 3-6. These gymnasts are by no means perfect and you should focus on the ideas, not necessarily the execution.
