Hi! I'm Dr Janelle Sinclair. I'm a biochemist (PhD, University of Basel, Switzerland) and natural medicine practitioner specialising in mental health with over 14 years industry experience.

Biochemical imbalances can lead to low mood, anxiety and fatigue, and include nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, gut dysbiosis and genetic weaknesses. They are overlooked but common causes of depression and anxiety. These imbalances can be improved and even resolved using a natural approach.
