SV Belle and Beast
Follow the sailing adventures of a regular family of four, chasing our adventures on our "off-time". We do well for ourselves but are not of extraordinary means. We have day-jobs and work hard to support our lifestyle scraping together just enough to make things happen. Follow our videos and blog posts to the story complete from finding and fitting out our boats.
Our main vessel, Belle, is a 1980 O'Day 23 ("23-2") https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/oday-23-2 . She is a 23' swing keel sloop. We found her by serendipity.
Our dingy, The Beast, (See a theme here? Our Motorhome is named "Fort Wilderness Express") is a 1986 Rinken/Okamoto 70/310 inflatable. He was also a deal we couldn't pass up ($0).
See our blog www.svbelleandbeast.com for more and subscribe to our channel to follow our adventures.
