Hi, I’m Lisa, a leading expert in Feminine Embodied Movement. I blend over two decades of fitness, rehabilitation, and movement science with a deep understanding of feminine energy and holistic well-being.
Committed to helping women rediscover their vitality, I’ve created a movement practice that transcends traditional fitness. For 20 years, I worked with NYC’s elite, but now I share this practice globally from Costa Rica, guiding women to reconnect with their bodies and embrace the freedom and joy of movement.
With a Master’s in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, I help women heal, grow, and thrive.
Living in Costa Rica allows me to fully embody the practice I love and teach, blending the wisdom of nature, the intuition of the body, and the passion of the soul into an experience that nurtures every part of who we are.
