Easy Sounds
This channel is yet another harbour for the forgotten treasures of the 1960s and 1970s, unearthed on numerous archeological expeditions. What emerges, is a golden age of jazz orchestras, and an aesthetic universe of many names: Easy Listening, Lounge, Mood Music, Beautiful Music, Elevator Music, Muzak, Jazz-Pop, Exotica, Space Age Pop, Orchestral Pop. Musical sensations of more glamorous times - a bygone Space Age era of stylish air travel, Swinging Sixties, and sunny TV commercials. I take some pride in using the original album covers and in providing faithful information about the original works in general. When I was starting out searching for those sweet sounds from a distant past, I had the opportunity to get to know rare and wonderful music through other people generously sharing their finds. Now I'd like to give something back by adding some rare tracks that haven't been previously available, thus saving them from their undeserved obscurity.
