As an instructor, I feel like a coach. My students are like athletes. They don't all have the same abilities and ambitions but all of them care and want to learn. Each test is like a competition. I want my students to succeed just like a coach wants its athletes to be as fast as they can. What kind of coach likes to see his/her athletes finish below what they can achieve? What kind of instructor would I be if most of my students did not learn like they can? It's all about caring.....
