Hey guys! I'm a 29-year-old 'retired' powerlifter who competed in the 198lb and 220lb weight classes. During my career, I set eight all-time world records across those classes. My best total to date is 2122lbs in knee sleeves at a bodyweight of 215lbs. My current best lifts are a 677lb squat (in knee sleeves), 491lb bench press, 953lb sumo deadlift, and a 909lb conventional deadlift. I started this channel to share my knowledge and connect with the fitness community as I continue my journey of strength, even after competing.
