Mash It Up Dance founded by Alicja Blachut, who started her own classes in London in 2013. She started presenting at numerous fitness events in UK and abroad. Together with Sara Fakih and Sylvia Johnstone they’ve created this concept to start as Mash It Up Fitness.
As times change, so did fitness industry and our founders, we feel that Mash It Up Dance will better represent what we stand for. Moving away from fitness and more into finding yourself, allowing yourself to be who you are and dance like you mean it!
We want everyone, ladies mostly and mums, to join the tribe, to make that time for themselves and feel amazing again. Dance will change your mood, you body and will give you more confidence.
Mash It Up Dance it’s a beginners dancehall/ afrobeats class using the best music and easy to follow routines. All the steps are breakdown and put together into choreography. Each class there’s new choreography, so you can always catch up and not be bored.
