I’m Alex Epstein — a lifelong San Franciscan, Greek American, and REALTOR® with Vanguard Properties serving San Francisco and the Peninsula. I bought my first property at 25 and realized how overwhelming the process can feel when you’re new, which is why my mission is to help people navigate real estate with confidence, clarity, and support.

I focus on helping first-time buyers, investors, and anyone buying, selling, or relocating to the Bay Area. Before residential real estate, I worked in commercial development and project management, overseeing construction, leasing, and multimillion-dollar acquisitions. I also managed rentals, renovated my own property, and built a one-bedroom ADU — giving me hands-on insight into inspections, renovation, and long-term value.
