California Botanic Garden
California native plants have been at the center of our mission since 1927. The largest botanical garden devoted to California's native flora, California Botanic Garden promotes botany, conservation and horticulture to inspire, inform and educate the public and the scientific community about the plants that make our state one of the most botanically diverse regions in the world. Through our extensive 86-acre living collection in the heart of Claremont, CA, to all our programming, the Garden makes significant contributions to the appreciation, enjoyment, understanding and thoughtful utilization of our natural heritage.
