This channel is dedicated to Atlanta Falcons fans, Hawaii Warrior Fans, and also has a few of my own weight lifting videos.

A little info about myself, I am a former US Marine (served 2 combat tours, Op. Just Cause and Op Desert Storm). I am also a former Hawaii Rainbow Warrior. I haven't lifted heavily for a few years now, but the videos I have uploaded, are from less than 6 years ago, when I turned 40. Yes I benched 405 when I was 40. I used to do it 10 times when I was 28. Those days are long gone. Anyway, enjoy the channel. I will try to upload as much content related to Falcons and Warrior football.
