CopasiTutorials
COPASI is a software application for modeling and simulation of biochemical networks and systems biology.
COPASI is used for creating models of metabolic pathways, signaling networks, gene networks and other models in systems biology. It has several simulation methods (ODE, stochastic simulation, discrete events) and analysis tools. COPASI is used both in scientific research as well as education. COPASI is free and open source software.
