Grew up learning Hinduism and Buddhism In Bhaktapur Nepal, Thangka painting is my main spiritual practice, because it has taught me path to know who I am.
Thangka Art have helped me or helping me to dive deep inside myself .
When I went deep myself I found the connection with Land and through Flute musical instrument I share my love from the Heart .
