My name is Geronimo. I am a single dad since my daughters were 2 1/2 and 1 years old. I suffer from multiple mental health issues including Bi-Polar, PTSD, OCD, Acute anxiety disorder, Acute panic disorder and disassociation syndrome. I am a recovering addict also. My therapist said to try video Journaling, so this is my video journal.
