KELOWNA SKIN CANCER CLINIC
Dr. Ben Wiese and his wife, Dr. Lize Wiese, run the Kelowna Skin Care clinic. They screen and treat patients for skin cancer and contribute to skin cancer awareness in Canada.
Dr. Ben Wiese received his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Pretoria. He and his wife, Dr. Lize Wiese, moved to Canada in 2010 and opened the Kelowna Skin Cancer Clinic in 2014. Here they began screening and treating patients for skin cancer.
The state-of-the-art skin cancer detection and treatment clinic is fully equipped to provide complete care. Dr. Wiese believes that early detection is the single most promising strategy to acutely cut the mortality rate from skin cancer. His clinic provides innovative diagnostic techniques like FotoFinder Mole Mapping and Dermoscopy. Treatment options include chemotherapy, surgery, radiation therapy, Daylight Activated/Conventional Field Therapy and Curettage and electrodessication.
