Having reached an age when I ought to be having a full blown mid-life crisis it was high time I bought a Ferrari except I couldn't afford it. Being a life long fan of aeroplanes, my brother bought me a gliding course at Devon & Somerset Gliding club in 2011 and after 5 years of very intermittent flying I became a solo glider pilot in July 2016 and haven't looked back since. I acquired a GoPro to record my flying mainly so I could review my solo flights to see what I could do better. Also I can share the fun on Youtube.
