US Navy Chief Petty Officers Association
Who We Are - The United States Navy Chief Petty Officers Association (CPOA) unites active, retired, and honorary Navy Chiefs (E-7 through E-9) in fellowship and service. Formed by Chiefs, of Chiefs, and for Chiefs, we are the national voice and home for the Chief Petty Officer community.
Our Mission - To preserve the proud heritage of the Chief Petty Officer community, strengthen the Mess through fellowship and mentorship, advocate on behalf of Chiefs and their families, and provide charitable, educational, and community engagement programs.
Our Vision - To be the unified voice and central home for all United States Navy Chief Petty Officers—preserving our heritage, strengthening our fellowship, and advocating for the Chiefs’ Mess at every level of service and community.
“Whether you’re active, retired, or honorary, the CPOA is your home. Join us in carrying forward the proud legacy of the Mess.”
