Fer Goute TV

The show’s main purpose in season 1 and 2 was to entertain while ‘informing’ – arising awareness of the beautiful small food corners of the island. “Fer Goute” has put forward an array of the ever-loved Mauritian food, culture and adventure. The light-heartedness and humorous approach of the host surely entertained while the cultural segments enriched the general knowledge of the audience from all fronts. Food was at the center of the show but also patriotism and a feeling of appurtenance were strengthened.

For the new season, we have now decided to adventure on new horizons. After two consecutive seasons where Kevin has made us discover a diverse trend of local foods and small “snacks” (SME’s), we will now introduce a new segment on ‘ Star Hotels & Restaurants’, around the island, and moves towards international destinations as well to discover new culinary traditions and explore the diaspora.
