In mid-2020, at the height of Covid-19 lockdown, Gareth Kent (Preston Rowe Paterson Property Valuers) Michael DeStefano (Gartland Property) and John Fitzgerald (JFITZ Consulting) put their heads together on how to best inform Gareth and Michael’s clients on the Geelong property and real estate market. Rather than go with the old style webinar or podcast “lecture format” they got innovative and came up with an informal offering that showcased Geelong region property. “PROPped by the Bar” was born!!!
Jointly presented in a conversation style, they then spiced it up with some of Geelong’s big name property guru’s as special guests, threw in a “Property of the Week”, kept it light but weren’t scared of having an opinion!
Filmed out of the Geelong Cellar Door over a glass of wine, by Moomedia’s Chris Bryan the result is a mix of fun, insider market knowledge and a well researched 20-30 minute show.
