Ray Sheerin. 6th Dan Jujitsu, 5th Dan BJAJudo and 2nd Dan Karate. Former member of the BJA Self defence commission, and author of the unused BJA self defence syllabus, junior & senior from Green belt-5th Dan. Twice BJJA British Jujitsu champion, and Y2K United Nations of Jujitsu international, world champion. 2010 SKA Scottish karate champion. Numerous domestic golds in Jujitsu and Judo.
Now retired from Judo & Jujitsu. No longer a member of any associations, clubs or governing bodies. I now train in my own personal dojo at home. Occasionally with my youngest son Jordyn who’s a Boxer.
So! I’ll just be posting my own over 50’s training as I transition into my Granpa era! And you never know, maybe the grandkids will take to it.
