After stepping on the scales and being dangerously close to triple figures I've decided I need to start something positive!
So in an attempt to lose weight and get fit I decided that a Marathon would be a good aim, so I’m running a marathon in 55 days (on 14th May 2023) so I’m going to try to do a daily upload to track my progress.

I’m overweight 99.6kg (I'm not going to round up) with obese BMi (31)

I need to lose 3 stone and be able to run 26.2miles
