Robb Ryan is a master educator, a lifetime student of the drum set having taken private lessons from age 6 (35 years ago..yikes!), he has had the opportunity to study with some of Canada's premiere instructors including Mark Rogers, Kevin Dempsey, Roger Flock, Rick Gratton, and Vito Reza. Robb specializes in the "Patterns" series by Gary Chaffee, using sticking patterns, linear phrases, odd note groupings and polyrhythms in an effortless and musical manner.
Robb is a decorated drumset educator, having been featured on drumeo.com, 180drums.com, loscabosdrumsticks.com and with Canadian Musician Magazine.
He endorses and is a clinician for Mapex Drums, Dream Cymbals and Los Cabos Drumsticks.
