Tales By Sumit
The past is calling… Are you ready to listen?
I’ve always been drawn to stories that don’t make it to textbooks, those which the temples speak about, remembered by grandmothers, or carved into old stones at the edge of forgotten villages. That’s what 'Tales by Sumit' is about.
Through this channel, I try to trace those fading stories. Whether it’s a shrine no one visits anymore, a folk festival barely celebrated, or a local legend tied to the land. I go to the places where these stories were born, listen to the people who still remember them, and try to make sense of what they actually meant and what they still mean today.
If you’ve ever felt that history is more than dates and timelines…
If you believe in the power of oral tradition, folklore, and sacred geography…
If you’re ready to rediscover India one forgotten tale at a time…
