This is the story of Houston’s abandoned Northwest Mall, as told by those who were there.

I’m Alex, and I became an urban explorer because I couldn’t leave the past behind. For six years, this was my place to be, my home away from home. I’ve come back to set the record straight, and I’ve been helped by a whole community of other former customers, employees, and business owners. I’ve also hit a ton of other spots along the way, and I’ll be telling their stories, too.
