First, I appreciate your views and interest, so welcome! Southeast Texas birds, squirrels, and occasional other critter visitors captured on my PeckCam/Vico birdfeeder videocam. This lazy hobby gives a tenfold reward for minimal effort...bags upon bags of birdfeed but so worth it. And, sorry, I just can't bring myself to baffle out my squirrels; they're family, too.
Daily visitors include: cardinals, mourning doves, white-winged doves, Bewick's/Carolina wrens, Carolina chickadees...and squirrels, lots of them, who are sweet and wait in queue with the birds.
Nightly homies: I have a precious litter of three possums who came as babies and frequent the feeder most every night!
Occasional drop-ins: red-bellied woodpecker, house sparrow, common grackle, brown-headed cowbird.
Rare past visits: night heron, raccoon, creeping kitties -- so it's sometimes a nocturnal crittercam.
Endless fun!
