This channel combines two of my favorite loves. Food and Polish Pottery. You will find a combination of meaningful polish pottery content as well as foodie fun as I explore recipes that focus on not just traditional meats like beef, pork and chicken but also elk, deer and antelope. My partner and I live and work in the Pacific Northwest so I will also feature King salmon, Halibut and Ling Cod and anything else that we happen to hunt of fish. We are here to have fun.
