Kelley Sheehan
Kelley Sheehan is a composer and computer musician moving between acoustic, electro-acoustic, and performance art works. In any medium, her work centers on noise, performance, and interaction. Her work has been described as "Full of discovery, collaboration, and unpredictability" (Gaudeamus Foundation) with "Woozy Electronics" (LA Weekly).
When not composing, she is advocating for experimental music as co-artistic director of Cacophony Magazine and performing as a founding member of The Plucky Plunkers, an improvisational duo focused on commission works for the toy piano and multimedia collaborations. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Music Composition at Harvard University studying with Czernowin and Tutsku.
