Cottage Hill Hobby Farm
Here at Cottage Hill, we pride ourselves in self sufficiency. We feel that people have become too disconnected from gaining life skills because it is so easy to pay someone else to perform the task for you. We enjoy and are always striving to learn new skills that keep us from needing to rely on other people for everything. We both consider ourselves old souls, and always have loved the idea of farming and the lifestye that comes along with it, but neither of our parents or grandparents had that backround. As soon as we could, we bought our little cottage on five acres just outside of town, and we have been slowly making it into our little farm ever since. We have had chickens for for over a decade, and they have completely ruined us for store bought eggs! We also enjoy gardening and have a small herd of Savanna and Savanna/Boar cross goats that we really enjoy raising. We are by no means experts, but would love for you to come on this journey with us.
