Functional Fitness 50 with PJ is a channel dedicated to teach the public exercises to improve their functional abilities, decrease fall risk, use assistive devices properly and education to promote an improved quality of life. PJ is a senior herself, a seasoned Physical Therapist with 23 years of experience, a personal trainer, and a fall risk specialist. It is important to PJ that people are educated on what they can do to improve their function for improved quality of life.
