At 27, I was over 200lbs. Had a gut, and felt like shit. I hired a personal trainer.
At 28, I started playing tennis.
At 29, I did my first sprint distance triathlon.
At 30, I took my first CrossFit class.
At 31, I completed my first half ironman. I gave up consumption of alcohol.
At 32, I did my first full ironman.
Between 32-34, I shifted my diet to a high fat diet, implemented a sauna practice, and focused on getting at least 8 hours of sleep each night.
At 33 and 34, I competed in the Ironman World Championships.
At 36 I tore my MCL. It healed on it’s own.
At 37 I shifted my focus to strength training and less aerobic conditioning. I picked up cold exposure.
At 38, I picked up mountain biking.
At 39, I shifted my focus to CrossFit and mountain biking.
At 44 I’m training to qualify + compete at the CrossFit Games + Hyrox World Championships in my age group.
