Cette chaine a été créée par le Réseau Amylose Mondor et par le Centre de Référence Nationale des Amyloses Cardiaques pour améliorer le devenir des patients atteints d'amylose. Pour cela le réseau amylose informe le grand public, les patients et leur famille, et le personnel soignant. Nos objectis sont de lutter contre l'errance diagnostic, développer une prise en charge multidisciplinaire et experte, prendre en charge le patient dans sa globalité tout au long de son parcours de soin et de vie et développer de nouveaux outils diagnostiques et de nouveaux traitements.
