Hey! Welcome to my channel :) I’m the co-founder of Phase SiX – a movement-based brand focused on unconventional training for strength, mobility, and longevity. We create online programs for martial artists, athletes, and everyday movers, helping people train with purpose and build resilient bodies! Our online business has allowed us to travel the world and educate people on our training methods.
